Align Orthotics was created to provide greater insight into orthotic care in New Zealand. Our focus is to deliver high-quality clinical care, while keeping your goals and desired outcomes at the centre of every treatment plan.
Founded by Specialist Orthotist Emma O'Neill, who has over 10 years of clinical experience in the field of Orthotics. She has a Bachelor of Science in Prosthetics and Orthotics from the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow.

Emma began her Orthotics career within the NHS in Glasgow.
In 2017, she moved to New Zealand to further her career, taking on senior clinical and management roles within private and ACC-funded orthotic clinics.
During this time, she worked with a broad range of patients, with a particular focus on custom-made orthotic solutions.

Alongside her clinical work, Emma has also worked in product management, developing extensive knowledge of emerging technologies and collaborating with leading Orthotic suppliers.

Emma became a proud Kiwi in 2025.
She enjoys being in the sunshine, playing tennis and catching up with friends.
